Chemistry Wins Big At The American Advertising Federation’s Local Atlanta ADDY Awards

ATLANTA, March 1, 2018 — Independent, full-service agency, Chemistry proudly announces it earned 44 ADDYs at the 2018 American Advertising Federation’s (AAF) local Atlanta Ad Club award show — the most in the Atlanta market. Chemistry was lauded for its work on behalf of Red Bull Culture Clash, Atlanta United FC, TIKD, YouTube (featuring videos with hot Atlanta talent Kodi Shane, Meechie & Toosi, Ayo & Teo and King Imprint), and Four Loko (for its Dry County, Glory Hole, and Shots Screwball content). The ADDYs is the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, attracting over 40,000 entries every year in local AAF Club competitions.


“What made Chemistry so successful this year was our clients who took the creative risks needed to win these awards,” said Ned Show, CEO of Chemistry.


Chemistry was awarded across the Integrated Campaigns, Elements of Advertising, Film, Video and Sound, Online / Interactive, Out of Home, and Direct Marketing categories.


“The Atlanta Addy’s are a lot of fun.  We get together and share work. There’s beer. Then you wake up the next day and realize you better get back to work because this city is full of talented people doing great things,” said Chris Breen, CCO at Chemistry.


Chemistry continues to build momentum since merging with BreenSmith, Ad Age’s 2016 Small Agency of the Year winner, in August of the same year. Today, the agency operates under Chemistry’s name with offices in Atlanta and Pittsburgh, and a roster of clients including YouTube, Four Loko and RA Sushi, Atlanta United FC, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Marriott, among others.


Chemistry was honored at the 2018 Atlanta Advertising Awards ceremony on Feb. 22, 2018, at Fox Theatre in Atlanta.
