About The Position

  • Keen ability to turn large sums of predominantly numeric data from various sources into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Gather and interpret data from a variety of sources including Media Reporting tools (DART or Doubleclick, etc.), Digital Analytics tools (Omniture/Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Webtrends, Tableau), and Social Listening Platforms (Sysomos or similar)
  • Keen understanding of site tagging and tracking methods
  • Ability to interpret numeric and behavioral trends – ability to formulate hypotheses and tell a story
  • Develop reporting templates and deliver insights and analysis in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Provide functional support to the Acct. Mgmt & Media team for Analytics requests
  • Collaboration with clients and internal departments to develop clear business and measurement objectives



  • 3+ years in digital media, preferably in analytics specifically
  • Solid qualitative and quantitative experience; Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, or similar background preferred
  • Experience with media optimization, media mix modeling, etc. a plus
  • Excel, PowerPoint & preferred knowledge in DART or Atlas systems (tagging and reporting). Training can be given, but our preference is to hire someone with some knowledge of this.
  • Interest in growing into the strategic segment of the business a plus
  • Experience in program measurement (online and/or offline), campaign attribution, test design (A/B, Multivariate), data visualization 
  • Google Big Query or basic SQL experience
  • Tableau & Python experience necessary

  • ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) experience
