Taylor Guglielmo Named 2026 Campaign US Inspiring Women Honoree in “Leading the Charge: Creative” Category

Chemistry President Taylor Guglielmo has been named a 2026 Campaign US Inspiring Women honoree in the Leading the Charge: Creative category, recognizing her transformative leadership and impact on the advertising industry.

Atlanta, GA — April 2026 — Chemistry today announced that President Taylor Guglielmo has been named a 2026 Campaign US Inspiring Women honoree in the Leading the Charge: Creative category, recognizing women who are redefining leadership and driving meaningful change across the advertising industry.

Selected by a panel of industry leaders and past honorees, the Inspiring Women program celebrates trailblazers who are breaking boundaries across creativity, media, technology, and communications.

As President of Chemistry, Guglielmo has reshaped the agency into a next-generation model that fuses creativity, technology, and strategy—embedding optimism as the company’s operating system. Under her leadership, Chemistry has achieved seven consecutive years of growth, doubled in size over the past two years, and built a culture where people can do the best work of their careers.

“Taylor represents the kind of leadership our industry needs right now—bold, optimistic, and relentlessly focused on impact,” said Ned Show CEO. “She has not only driven extraordinary business results, but has created an environment where people and ideas can thrive.”

Beyond her business leadership, Guglielmo is a force for change in the broader community. She serves as Chairwoman of the Marfan Foundation, advancing awareness and fundraising for families affected by the genetic disorder. Following the 2023 Covenant School tragedy in Nashville, where her son was present, she co-founded Covenant Families for Brighter Tomorrows, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing meaningful gun safety advocacy.

“Each honoree has been chosen for her ability to make a positive impact and empower others,” said Luz Corona, U.S. editor of Campaign. “This year’s class represents the leaders and innovators advancing the business of advertising and beyond.”

Guglielmo was honored alongside fellow industry leaders at the Campaign US Inspiring Women awards event in New York City on April 23, 2026.
