As Five Guys’ Agency of Record, we’re helping keep the lines long and fast across its 1500 global locations. We launched the Refreshingly Real campaign based on an extra-large helping of data. We grilled burger-fry-and-rock-n-roll-loving audiences to identify barriers and motivations on meal decisions. We found that they crave the simplicity of Five Guys’ smashed-style burger, extra fries in the bottom of the bag, and most of all, the simple menu with endless possibility. At Five Guys, yes is always the answer. Through 78 unique creative messages deployed across 11 channels, we cooked up a fresh campaign and the results have been delectable.
